Why would we need a Cultural Impact consulting if we are adhering to a stated DEI goal?
We strongly believe that diversity is the first step towards creating a harmonious and more effective working environment. But, what happens after you have assembled a diverse workforce? Well, recent statistics tell us that this becomes the point where an overwhelming majority of minority employees begin experiencing racism, prejudice and micro-aggressions in the workforce.
At ATBE, it is our goal to reform office environments to a more cultural inclusive workplace, while creating and supporting methods to extract the beneficial corporate gains of cultural exchange. This includes:

- We provide education sessions to collectively analyze how problematic communications ascended through your current internal vetting process, where they originated from, and begin an impact analysis to see where else these errors can exist in your past, current and future communications.
ADVOCATE
- We collaborate with you to define original ideals to push your communication concepts forward.
- We act as a creative advocate for your communications and communication strategy using originative approaches to truly activate your target demographics.
