An innovative consulting service for an increasingly divergent world.

ABOUT

Lincoln Anthony Blades, President & principal consultant of All Things Being Equal

All Things Being Equal is an innovative, passionate and energetic consulting firm committed to helping clients expand their cultural competency. Our firm has in-depth knowledge our clients can tap to understand, and relate to, the African-American, Black-Canadian, Black-British, West-Indian, and African cultures throughout the diaspora (from generationally settled people, to immigrants and first generation people, to biracial and multiracial people). This extends to also understanding the various communities that exist within each culture (different generations, religions, gender-identities, and sexual orientations).

The tool we use to assist clients is our groundbreaking service called ‘Cultural Impact Consulting’, originated by our President and principal consultant, Lincoln Anthony Blades, who has been using this approach to assist colleagues for almost a decade.

Who is Lincoln Anthony Blades?

Lincoln Anthony Blades has worked as a journalist, a corporate communications specialist, and a digital media consultant. He has over two decades of traditional and non-traditional post-secondary experience, specifically as a student of Black and multicultural studies.

Lincoln’s career as a journalist and columnist played a large part in developing his social and cultural literacy. His writing focused on the issues of politics, race, culture, and justice. Lincoln worked with many high-profile publications such as Teen Vogue, Rolling Stone, Huffington Post, and Ebony Magazine, with his work also being referenced in the Washington Post and the New York Times. Not only was he the first columnist of colour at Teen Vogue, but his contributions to their “Kids Incarcerated” series assisted in them winning the Juvenile Law Center’s 2018 Leadership Prize. He has also worked as a broadcast political and pop-culture pundit who has appeared on television panels in both Canada and the United States.
